Crooked Creek Racquet Sports Community,

 

Last night I informed the Crooked Creek HOA Board that there would be a change in leadership at Sceney Tennis.  I will be stepping away at the end of the month.  

I have had the privilege of leading Sceney Tennis at Crooked Creek for the past 8 years and have had some amazing experiences and rewarding moments with the Community and our Staff.  For the betterment of my family moving forward we have made this difficult decision.

 

I am however excited to let everyone know that Katy Sceney will remain at Crooked Creek as Owner of Sceney Tennis and our amazing staff who have been with us through the best part of  my tenure at Crooked Creek are excited to continue the program and strive to improve it in every way.

 

Bill DeMartini will step into the role as Director of Racquet Sports, Blaine Sumpter will step into the role as Assistant Director of Racquet Sports and Rebecca Jameson will take more of a leadership role in our Junior Program.  Bill, Blaine and Rebecca have been on our journey the past 7 years and have had heavy involvement with me along the way.  I am excited for the Community to keep the continuity of our amazing staff and thrilled that they are now able to continue to develop as professionals and take the program forward from here.

 

Albeit impossible for me at this point to mention everyone that has supported me along the way, I am truly grateful for the privilege to lead such a great Community and would like to say thank you for embracing myself and my family during my time here.  I never took one day for granted and strived each day to provide the best of myself to earn the respect of those around me.  I am confident that Sceney Tennis led by Katy Sceney moving forward will do the same.
